1. 1/2 kg of Chicken bonless.
2. 2 of Onion chopped.
3. 5 of Green chilli chopped.
4. 1 tbsp of Ginger garlic paste.
5. 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
6. 1 tsp of Black pepper powder.
7. 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.
8. 1 tsp of Garam masala.
9. of For gravy.
10. 2 of Onion.
11. 2 of Tomato paste.
12. 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
13. 2 tsp of Red chilli powder.
14. 1/2 tsp of black pepper.
15. 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.
16. 1 cup of yogurt.
17. 1 of & half cup oil.
18. 2 glass of water.

Anday kofty instructions

1. Chicken mein sari chezein daal kar mix kar lein. 1 ghanty ke liye rakh dein..
2. Choty choty balls bana lein..
3. Karahi mein oil dal lein. Kofty golden colour any tak fry kar lein..
4. Phir yhi oil chan ke dosri karahi mein daal lein. Piyaz lmbayi me Kata Hua dal ke hlka gulaabi colour anyytak fry karein.
5. Ginger garlic paste dal ke saute karein. Sath Thora sa pani daal dein. Ta ke piyaz a or ginger garlic paste na jhal Jaye.
6. Tomato or sari mirchy dal dein..
7. Thora sa bhoun lein sath 1/2 cup pani daal dein tak piyaz or tomato ki gravy ban Jaye...
8. Gravy c ban Jaye or Oil nzr any lgy to yogurt dal ke achi trah bhoun lein ke oil again nzr any lgy or khushbu b NY lgy..
9. Fry kofty daal kar mix karein. 2 mint pkayen. 2 glass water daal kar 25 mint dum mein pkayen..
10. Boiled eggs ke sath serve karein. JazakAllah.
