Ingredients of Hyderabadi Anda Bondas
- 2 cup of Gram Flour or Besan.
- 1/8 tsp of Baking Soda.
- 10 of Eggs boiled and halved.
- 1 tbsp of Red chilli powder.
- 1 tsp of Cumin powder.
- 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- 1/4 cup of Coriander Leaves finely chopped.
- 3-4 of Green Chillies finely chopped.
- 4 tbsp of Onion paste.
- 1 tsp of Ginger garlic paste.
- as needed of Water.

- Slice one large Onion. Shallow fry that in a tablespoon of Oil and then make a paste out of it along with the Green chillies. Add this along with the rest of the ingredients mentioned to the Gram Flour. Mix well and use water as required to make a smooth yet a thick batter. The batter should be given a standing time of half an hour..
- Boil Eggs with little Salt and cut into equal halves. In this way you are left with 20 Egg halves. Dip each in the batter to coat well and deep fry in hot Oil on a low to medium high heat. If the batter is thin or runny, it will be difficult to make good Bondas..
- Serve them piping hot with any Chutney of your choice and the famous Dum ki Chai..
