Ingredients of Gobhi Manchurian
- 500 gms of cauliflower.
- 1 of capsicum.
- 2 of medium sized cups corn flour (cake measure).
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour.
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder.
- 3 tsp of tomato sauce.
- 1 tsp of green chilli sauce.
- 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder or sauce.
- to taste of Salt.
- 1 tsp of soya sauce.
- as needed of Oil for frying.
- as needed of Water.
Gobhi Manchurian instructions
- Chop cauliflower in florets.boil for ten minutes in water along with salt.remove water afterwards..
- Mix corn flour and all-purpose flour add salt black pepper powder.make slurry add florets.heat oil in Deep pan.
- Keep flame on medium to high.deep fry florets,fry capsicum also keep aside after cooling for ten minutes again fry florets in oil.it makes florets more crunchy..
- Now heat deep pan add 2tbspoon oil add some coariander leaves.here you can add garlic chopped but making for kids so avoided.add tomato sauce, green chilli sauce mix well add red chilli powder,salt mix well add some water then prepare corn flour slurry add gradually along with water.when becomes sticky add florets mix well,add capsicum.switch off the flame..
- Mix well and serve hot with sauce and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.didnt get green onion so used coariander.tastes yum do try this..
