- 2 tbsp of semolina.
- 2-3 tbsp of rice flour.
- 2-3 tbsp of corn flour.
- To taste of Salt.
- 1 cup of cauliflower.
- 1/2 tsp of chilli powder.
- 1/2 tsp of garam masala.
- 1/4 tsp of coriander powder.
- as needed of Oil for deep frying.
- 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
- Pinch of baking soda(optional).
- 2 tsp of curry leaves.
- 2 tsp of corinader leaves.

- In a mixer jar, 2 tbsp semolina and grind to fine powder,transfer it to bowl and then add all the ingredients,ginger garlic paste and mix well..
- Cut the cauliflower into small pieces or separate florets. In a vessel, boil 1 liter water for 10 mins and then add florets, turmeric powder,salt. Close the lid and let it sit for 5 mins.(This is to remove the germs from Gobhi)..
- Strain the gobhi, add it to the dry mixture and coat the masala into all the pieces nicely. Add more corn flour if required and set aside for 15 mins..
- Heat oil in a pan and fry all the pieces batch wise. You can use fork to put gobhi pieces into the oil. Fry them until it turns crispy and brown..
