Ingredients of Egg roll
- 5 pcs of Boiled egg.
- 1 piece of Raw egg.
- of Minced meat.
- of Conflask.
- of Flour.
- of Grated ginger and garlic.
- of Seasoning.
- of Mint leaves.fresh.
- of Veg.oil.

Egg roll instructions
- Add seasoning, crushed garlic and ginger, chopped spring onions, bread crumbs in minced meat mix well and keep aside.
- Feel d boiled eggs keep aside,in a small bowl break d egg,add in flour in a different bowl and add crush cornflakes in an another bowl.
- Im using 5eggs,I first dived my minced meat in to 5 equal places(I don't want to left one of two of my eggs without d meat).
- I take one portion of minced meat make a round shape wt it using palms of my hand,then put d egg at d centre gently covering d egg wt d meat by folding,when done i add d egg roll in to flour to coat remove put in to d beating eggs, remove and put in to d crushed cornflakes and lastly in to d deep hot oil.for frying.
- O repeat all d procedure Wt all d remaining eggs,untill.i fininsh then all..
- After frying to golden brown,remove from d pil strain ans serve..
Warning: these egg rolls are RIDICULOUS. We think the Nilla coating really takes them over the This isn't your average egg roll recipe! The filling is delicious and you can change it up to any fruit you. Baking egg rolls definitely creates a different texture than frying, but I still liked them A LOT. I also experimented with freezing the egg rolls uncooked.
