- 250 g of spaghetti.

Spaghetti and egg tomato curry step by step
- Cook spaghetti for 8 minutes.
- Saute onions,garlic and tomatoes.
- Add curry powder to the above mixture and tomato paste cook until tomatoes soft.
- Add the beaten eggs to the mixture and stir before adding garam masala and stir before adding water or the remaining water from the pasta.
- Add the egg mixture to the spaghetti and enjoy with juice.
Gently slip egg into sauce as close as possible to surface. Repeat with remaining eggs, leaving space between eggs in skillet.
