- 4 of eggs, boiled.
- 2 of large Tomato, chopped.
- 5-6 of Garlic cloves, chopped.
- 1 inch of ginger, chopped.
- 1 of bayleaf.
- 1 of cinnamon stick/ cinnamon powder.
- 1 of black cardamom.
- 1 of onion, chopped.
- 2 of green chili, chopped.
- 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds.
- 1/2 tsp of coriender powder.
- 1 tsp of garam masala.
- 1 tsp of Red chili powder.
- 1 tbsp of coriender leaves chopped.
- to taste of Salt.
- 1-2 cup of water.
- 2 tbsp of oil.
Anda Curry instructions
- Take a blender add onion, tomato, garlic, ginger, green chili blend till smooth paste..
- Take a small pan add 2 tsp oil fry boiled eggs till golden brown coating..
- Take a pan heat oil add bay leaf, cinnamon stick, cumin seeds, cardamom saute for a minute..
- Add prepared paste, add all spices saute for 10 minutes..
- Add water cook covered for 10 minutes..
- Add fried eggs mix well, cook for 5-6 minutes, coriender leaves..
- Enjoy Anda curry with chapati..
