  1. Peel the bark of the yam off and wash throughly. Then cut into desirable sizes and boil with a reasonable amount of salt till it's soft.
  2. Wash your tomatoes, peppers [and onions] together and blend a little, it shouldn't be too smooth. Then in a clean bowl, crack open your eggs and whisk well.
