- 5 of leeks.
- 1 of onion(optional).
- 2 cups of flour.
- 1 of tbln salt.
- 1/4 cup of vegetable oil.
- 3/4 cup of water.
- 1 cup of milk.

- 4 tablespoons of Parmesan.
Tarta de Puerro/ Leek Quiche step by step
- Preheat oven 350F/180C.
- Remove top stalk, and slice leek in half then wash thoroughly..
- Chop leeks.
- Chop medium onion add to skillet along side leeks on medium heat.
- Add oil/water to flour and salt..

- Place in oven of 350f for 20 minutes..
