- Heat olive oil in a small, non-stick pan over medium heat..
- Break and beat your eggs into a small sized bowl. Add in your salt, maggi and dried pepper, and mix together.
- Pour the eggs into the heated oil and allow it to set in the pan. Leave for 1-2minutes, and flip over.
