Indomie and egg instructions

  1. Grate or chop your scotch bonnet, onion, tomato.
  2. In a pot add in your oil and fry with onion add in your scotch bonnet and tomato and fry for some minute add in seasoning cube and pour some water and stir.
  3. Allow to boil for some and add in your indomie and close allow it till done.
  4. For the egg break your egg in a bowl add in chopped onion, tomato, scotch bonnet add in seasoning cube and salt beat d egg set your frying pan on your cooker add in oil and pour in your egg mixture allow it for some time use your whisk to turn it till its done and serve with your hot indomie.

I am not a huge fan of indomie, but the few times I ate it, I realized I prefer it dry like the consistency of fried rice and not with all the sardine and bake beans people prepare it with.
