- Cut the boiled eggs into half..
- Mash the boiled potatoes,add chopped green chillies, chopped onions, chopped coriander,salt,chilli flakes,chat masala and black pepper powder and mix it..
- Now grind the soaked urad dal with salt and ginger garlic paste.Add salt and chilli flakes..
