Ingredients of Nigerian Egg roll

  1. 1 cup of Flour.
  2. 3 tablespoons of Butter.
  3. 1 teaspoon of Yeast.
  4. 3 tablespoons of Sugar.
  5. Pinch of salt.
  6. of Hard boiled egg.
  7. of Milk (optional).
  8. of Spice (white pepper, garlic pepper, paprika) (optional).

Nigerian Egg roll instructions

  1. Prove yeast and sugar.
  2. Add flour and butter.
  3. You can add those optional ingredients too but I don’t add them myself. I just like my dough simple, sweet and soft..
  4. Knead, roll and cut dough into rounds. Wrap around eggs. And leave to rise for about 30 minutes. N.B: wrap a flat dough. Let it not be too much as the inside won’t fry..
