  9. 1 tsp of crushed chilli.

Anda chana step by step

  1. In a pan add oil and heat it.
  2. Add sliced onion in it.
  3. Let it fry till light pinkish in colour.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste.
  5. Fry it.
  6. Take tomato.
  7. Peel out the skin with peeler.
  8. Chop tomatoes.
  9. When ginger garlic is combined with onions at this stage we will add tomatoes.
  10. Add tomatoes.
  11. Take the green chilli paste.
  12. Add it in the pan.
  13. Mix it.
  14. Add spices in it.
  15. Add red chilli.
  16. Add coriander powder.
  17. Add turmeric.
  18. Add all these spices in pan.
  19. Mix it and cook till everything is well combined and oil is separated from gravy.
  20. Add salt.
  21. Add crushed red chilli.
  22. Add water in it and cook it.
  23. Cook till everything is well combined.
  24. Than add boiled chik pea in it.
  25. Add water and let it cook on low flame for 15min.
  26. Boil eggs.
  27. Add boiled egg in gravy.
  28. Add sukhi methi garam masala chat masala.
  29. Add fresh coriander and chilli and give it on dum.
