Ingredients of Anda Pakoda
- 5 (Boiled Eggs) of Egg –.
- 1 cup of Besan/Gram flour.
- 1/4 tsp of Red chilli powder.
- 1/4 tsp of Garam masala.
- 1/2 tsp of Chaat Masala.
- 1 pinch of Turmeric powder.
- 1 pinch of Baking Soda.
- 1 tsp of Ginger garlic paste.
- 1 tsp of kasuri Methi.
- 1 Tbsp (Finely chopped, optional) of Coriander Leaves.
- to taste of Salt.
- 2/3 cup of Water.
- as required of Oil – for frying.
Anda Pakoda instructions
- Cut boiled eggs into two halves..
- In a bowl take the gram flour and add all spice powders and mix well. To it add ginger garlic paste, kasuri methi and chopped coriander leaves, one pinch of baking soda and salt. Add water ½ at a time and mix well to a thick and smooth mixture. (Vary the quantity of water required).
- Heat oil in a pan and dip each eggs in the besan mixture and fry until it's golden brown in colour Drain the excess oil in a paper towel. Serve hot with Tomato Sauce..
