  1. 1 cup of wheat flour.
  2. 1/2 cup of maida/All-purpose flour.
  3. 6 of eggs.
  4. 1 of big size onion.

  7. 1 bowl of Grated Cheese.
  8. 1 cup of refined oil.
  9. 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.
  10. 1 tbsp of chopped ginger.
  11. 1 tbsp of chopped garlic.
  12. 1 of small size cabbage.
  13. As needed of Water.
  14. 5 spoon of tomato ketchup.
  15. 3 spoon of green chilli sauce.

Egg roll instructions

  1. In a bowl mix wheat flour maida salt and oil using water make a soft dough keep it aside.
  2. Clean and chopped the vegetables saute it in a pan on gas on medium flame in hot oil adding greenchilli ginger garlic and let it cool.
  3. Make 6 round balls from the dough give it round shape with rolling pin cook it on a hot twa from both side using oil on it on medium flame make all the 6 parathas one by one.
  4. In a bowl crack one egg and mix salt and 1pinch red chilli powder Mix it well pour in a pan 1/2spoon oil on medium flame make omelette in hot oil flip it and cook it from both side one by one make 6 omelettes.
  5. In one bowl mix ketchup and sauce spread it on the parathas with a spoon then put the 1omelette on one paratha then in the middle put the saute vegetable and spread the grated cheese and make a roll one by one make all the 6 rolls.
  6. Your hot egg roll is ready to eat enjoy.

Warning: these egg rolls are RIDICULOUS. We think the Nilla coating really takes them over the This isn't your average egg roll recipe! The filling is delicious and you can change it up to any fruit you. Baking egg rolls definitely creates a different texture than frying, but I still liked them A LOT. I also experimented with freezing the egg rolls uncooked.
