Ingredients of Crab Quiche
- 1 of pie shell.
- 1 cup of shredded Swiss cheese.
- 1/2 cup of chopped red pepper.
- 1/4 cup of chopped green onion.
- 1 tbsp of butter.
- 3 of large eggs.
- 1 1/2 cup of half and half cream.
- 1/2 tsp of salt.
- 1/4 tsp of pepper.
- 3/4 cup of imitation crab meat.
Crab Quiche step by step
- Bake pie crust covered in aluminum foil for 5 minutes at 450. Uncover and bake 5 more minutes.
- Immediately dprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese.
- Reduce heat to 375.
- Saute peppers and onions in butter.
- In large bowl whisk eggs, cream, salt and pepper.
- Stir in crab meat, peppers, onions and rest of cheese.
- Add into crust.
- Bake 30-35 minutes until firm.
