- 8 cup of milk.
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar.
- 1 of 3 oz instant vanilla pudding or french vanilla pudding.
- 1/2 tsp of nutmeg + a little more for sprinkling as garnish.
- 2 1/4 tsp of vanilla.
Debbie's Eggless Eggnog instructions
- in a bowl add 1 cup of milk and the pudding, blend well to dissolve all pudding granules.
- in a blender, blend 7 cups milk, sugar, vanilla, and nutmeg for 30 seconds.
- add the thickened pudding, blend 60 seconds more.
- pour into a pitcher, chill well.
