  8. As needed of Water for making roti dough.
  9. To taste of Salt.

  1. Make dough for single big roti using atta ghee 2tsp,salt and water. Make roti as thin as possible..
  2. Add 2tspghee in tawa,put the roti and half cook both sides.Then take it from tawa..
  3. Make batter of eggs with finely chopped,pepper,salt,oregano, onion,tomato,capcicum.Beat the mixer well.If anyone don't like raw taste of tomato, capcicum and onion just sort them litely and use in mixture.Add salt as required..
  4. Add 2tsp ghee in tawa then pour the mixture and spread them evenly on it.Put the roti over the mixture.Flip the roti with egg mixture when the lower part is cooked.After the other side is cooked for 2 minutes take it off..
  5. Put it on flat surface and roll with help of tissue paper or cloth.Keep roll for 2_5 minutes and cut into pieces. Serve them in a plate and enjoy..

Warning: these egg rolls are RIDICULOUS. We think the Nilla coating really takes them over the This isn't your average egg roll recipe! The filling is delicious and you can change it up to any fruit you. Baking egg rolls definitely creates a different texture than frying, but I still liked them A LOT. I also experimented with freezing the egg rolls uncooked.
